In UFC 84: Ill Will on Saturday night in Las Vegas Nevada at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, "The Prodijy" BJ Penn kept his Ultimate Fighting Championship Title through a third round stoppage of Sean "the muscle shark" Sherk

Unlike most people predicted, the fight did not go tto the ground. Both Penn and Sherk kept the fight standing up. What was mostly a boxing match, with Pen getting better of the exchanges. However after Penn landed a flying knee the fight was stopped by the referee after the end of the third round.

All in all this was a great UFC. It had all the halllmarks of a classic. There was a high percentage of knockouts as well as submissions. For the fight of the night, it would have to go to Lyoto Machida Vs Tito Ortiz. This fight was a highly technical and enjoyable for the serious MMA fan.
