Delivery - Every order which is placed before Midday is processed the same day where it is possible. We expect to ship your placed order within 24hr of the order being processed. We ship our products to UK, Europe, Asia, America and the rest of the world. Please contact one of our customer service representatives if you require further information on delivery times or delivery methods.
UK Mainland - Our standard delivery charge is £4.50 We use the Royal Mail Recorded delivery service for all orders that are less than 1kg in weight and orders that weigh over 1kg will be sent via our allocated courier DHL. Orders placed for delivery in the UK should arrive within 2-5 working days from the date you place your order. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Please allow up to 10 days for circumstances beyond our control, if this occurs we will inform you as soon as possible.
Republic of Island and Europe - Our standard delivery charge is £10.00. If your order is over 3kg an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery surplus might apply. We will let you know before your order is shipped if you are required to pay a surplus. We will ship the order to you using Royal Mail Airsure and delivery takes approximately 3-7 working days from the date you place your order. Royal Mail Airsure do not guarantee delivery times so we can offer tracking, please contact us for tracking information if you require it.
America, Asia, and Rest of World - Our standard delivery charge is £15.00. If your order is over 3kg an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery surplus might apply. We will let you know before your order is shipped if you are required to pay a surplus. We will ship the order to you using Royal Mail Airsure and delivery takes approximately 5-10 working days from the date you place your order. Royal Mail Airsure does not guarantee delivery times so we can offer tracking; please contact us for tracking information if you require it. - Privacy & Security:

- Returns & Replacements:

We here at World of Combat want you to be 100% satisfied with your products so if in the unlikely event that you with to return your items under the distance selling regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. If the goods purchased from World of Combat are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact we will issue you a refund or offer a replacement product of similar value. You will be responsible for the postage cost you have incurred to send the goods back to us and the initial postage cost we incurred in delivering the goods to your address. We do not accept returned items where they have been part used. We expect you to contact us to let us know that the goods sent to you are going to be returned. All returns should be sent via recorded delivery and we do not accept responsibility for goods being returned that get lost is the post. If the delivery is sent out and returned to us due to you being absent at the shipping address we will refund you minus the postage cost. No refunds will be initiated until all goods have been received.

Payments - We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128 bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address will be processed very securely without any compromising factors. SSL (secure sockets layer) is the protocol developed for the transition of sensitive information via the internet.
Pricing – All prices are inclusive of VAT is applicable.
Promotions – If you have received a promotion code you may enter it when placing an order to receive your discount. Please remember all promotion codes are time dependent and will expire.

- Viewing Orders – you can view your order status online by clicking "My Account" at the top of any screen on the website. There you will be able to view all of your recent orders, with the option to view older ones as well.
Account Information – you can edit your account information by clicking "My Account" at the top of any screen on the website. There you will be given the option to change your password, shipping & billing address, and phone number.
