Diego Sanchez To Face UFC 100 Winner BJ Penn vs Kenny Florian 

One of the most intense fighters to grace the UFC Octagen is the lightweight contender, Diego "Nightmare" Sanchez. It has been made public by the UFC management that he will be facing the winner of the fight between Kenny Florian and BJ Penn fight which is set to take place at UFC 100.

In a recent interview Diego Sanchez stated that "It's guaranteed. After August 2nd, it's on. I get the winner.".This undoubtably makes a very interesting fight in the lighweight division for a couple of reason. Firstly Sanchez already has a victory over the title contender Kenny Florian, whom he beat 4 years ago in "The Ultimate Fighter" show.  However, since then Florian has shown great improvement winning six fights in a row. Secondly if BJ Penn wins then this could be one of he best fights stylistically as both fighters have world class Jiu Jitsu and an aggressie style.

Diego Sanchez has looked excellent in his last two outings as a light-weight fighter. His last fight with Clay Guida at "The Ultimate Fighter" 9 finale is a sure candidate for the fight of the year.

Their is a strong possibilty that Sanchez will be face to face with his future opponent in the cage immediatly after the fight between Florian and Penn. With the intensity that Sanchez brings, this could lead to a very early build-up to the fight.
